"The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem. "

"The property is lovely and well-placed, but hilly. We were not warned about the many steps from one area to the next. This limited our sense of freedom to explore the hotel and its surroundings. Shuttle service was available but to get to it was physically strenuous for older guests like myself. The tour packages were disappointing, though other guests who arranged for tours with outside agencies were pleased. I would recommend for the younger more adventurous travelers. "Property was great quite location between Castries and Rodney Bay. Close enough to both locations by car/taxi to explore, but not right in the action. Beach right on your doorstep, nice pool area, massage and dining available on property. Staff great and always kept room and common areas clean, even surprised us with a honeymoon fruit platter and balloons! Would highly recommend as a base to explore St Lucia if you enjoy your quiet time at the end of the day."

"We had a wonderful time at The Landings. We stayed in a 3 bedroom ocean view suite. We were a family of 5 with a 9 year old and 2 parents and 2 grandparents. We had 3 butlers that were part of booking that suite. They were absolutely wonderful! They did everything they could to make this trip seamless! Thank you to Jennielle, Pero, and Tony for making our trip one of our best we’ve had!"
