"We arrived late the day of check-in as it was VERY difficult to find via the address given and they were cleaning the unit, no masks, during a pandemic! Devin told us he was not expecting us until the 6th. It was the 6th! He allowed us to unload our luggage and use the restroom. The place was filthy! We had to run to the store to give them more time. Upon our return I had to clean the kitchen and bathrooms to our standards. There were no kitchen towels and only a few paper towels. When I asked...

"This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better. We provided feedback to the Host, Theo and he was glad to receive the information. The pictures on the HBV website definitely convey the interior of the unit."

"The property is in a beautiful location. We loved the charm of the decor and thought the rooms were spacious and lovely. Some minor repairs could improve the place overall such as some of the outdoor seats were broken and a lamp was missing from our room. The food at both the bar and restaurant was excellent and the service was also very good. We had a great time and wished we could have stayed longer.
