She helped me very much. I think you should consider putting her in a more responsible position with higher pay. I could see that she is a dedicated, hard working and responsible employee. If I come back to Singapore I will definitely stay at your hotel. "

".... we had six nights here and enjoyed our time. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We spent time by the lovely pool and used the gym. Our room was initially too cold but they soon fixed the a/c. All we could want in a hotel in a great location! YMMV"
