「It was fine for a quick trip. The husband was a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of order and the tv was not set up on wifi. It wasn't really all that quiet either. Could hear tvs in adjacent rooms and doors in the hallway. It was clean though and the breakfast service was great.」

「This retro motel isn't what most roadside motels are like. The rooms have been refurbished and updated. The entire place had sort of a hipster mod feel. We stayed in a double Queen suite. Perfect amount of roominess for a family of 4 traveling with snow ski gear. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was clean and roomy. 「This hotel is a classical American motel. I could park a car in front of the door of the motel. It was very easy to carry baggage from the car to the room. It is about 90 minutes drive from the motel and Black Canyon National Park.」

「There was so much to like about the property, but the room was very small. I would not recommend if your stay necessitates spending a lot of time in the room, which was the case with myself. 」

「There are some neighborhood deer that hang out nearby and we met the neighbor cat. It's close to downtown so I was able to walk and browse alone as my husband was tired after our drive. It's small, but it worked for just the two of us.」
