"The owner met us to check us in, but returned that evening while we were eating. Having interrupted the meal he wanted 300euros in cash as a deposit. He said he'd return next day. However, by then we realised that the downstairs toilet and drains were blocked as were 2 of the upstairs showers. There was no hot water in some. On return he waived the deposit and over the next 2/3 days fixed the plumbing and boiler. The kitchen is not adequate for a large number of people. Equipment is extremely...

"The stuff was so friendly. In our reservation with hotels.com, it says bed sheets, towels, etc. included. However, when we arrived, we learned it supposed to be extra. Since we only stay one night, they just gave us without additional charge when they see it’s included with reservation itinerary. Easy communication Has dog friendly beach. Provided us beach lodges and umbrella. "

"This is the cleanest property I’ve come across in vacation rentals. It’s comfortable, cozy, close to the beach and to the highway for easy sightseeing. "We were pleasantly surprised for the very reasonable price in late March, to get a whole suite, very large veranda (vs. other rooms), nice marble all over the place and an excellent breakfast buffet! So a classy, comfortable room, very convenient to both Etruscan museums and both necropolis. ✅ What's not to like at the best hotel in Tarquinia? "
