Communication was consistent and the instructions were very easy to follow for check-in and finding the place. Any issues we may have had were taken care of immediately by the hosts. "One thing to note- if you are sensitive to noise this location is in the middle of the historic center of the city which gets very loud at night so in the spring before the a/c is on, if you sleep with the windows open you will be hearing lots of yelling, talking, music, sounds of trucks in the morning— if the windows are open you will not be getting a quiet and peaceful sleep! This is not uncommon in Europe but be forewarned! "
