"Property is on the waterfront with excellent views from the front rooms. Property manager is the perfect host and all staff were helpful and courteous. We visited at the beginning of the season and were greatly impressed with the hotel and surrounds. The breakfasts were excellent and coffee and drinks were available in the bar. The shower is small, but the room is a good size compared to many hotels in Europe. They kindly kept my suitcase for me for two days while I traveled to another city."

"We liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and the view is nice of the bay. My only compliant is when I went to order a tea at the bar to take up to our room - they insisted to bring it up as room service and charge me a lot for room service, which was ridiculous. Most hotels would let you purchase a coffee or drink and bring it up to your room. It is a great place to start your walk to Portofino and it has lots of restaurants within walking distance."
