"The location was great, close to the main attractions and train station. The room and bathrooms were very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great option for budget travelers who just need a place to sleep! My only complaint was that we were not allowed to touch the AC, but we visited during January so we just cracked the window and were fine!"

"Staff and owner were super nice and made us feel like family. Hotel was super unique and gave us a true italian feel. Location was perfect. Lift starts up a few steps, so can be hard if carrying heavy luggage. This was our situation, but quickly staff and everything about this beautiful place, relieved our frustration.
