「Very good place」

「Worst hospitality I've experienced. Location is great. facility is nice and modern. However we think staff's hospitality couldn't be worse. They don't intend to care of the guest AT ALL. When we checked-in, no one was at the reception. We found a staff in the office and ask her to check-in, but she said she felt cold and seemed not to want to spend the time to explain about the hotel at the reception outside. She explained very quickly how to open our room's door, but nothing else about...

「I stayed at RWI with my family and my mom, and we had A GREAT EXPERIENCE. We upgraded the room for an ocean view on building 3 and the cleaning ppl were two amazing human beings. Fun staff, clean resort, BEAUTIFUL BEACH , I MEAN , everything was absolutely amazing! 」

「This place was perfect for what we wanted. Each quaint cottage (same size) has 2 separate bedrooms which is really nice being a couple coming with our 4 year old son and his grandmother. Wenie our concierge is wonderful, welcomed us even before we arrived and helpful with all our needs. The cellphone provided with trusted vendors is a wonderful idea. I really liked that we had a little outfitted kitchen too to not have to eat out every time because it can get expensive. The supermarket is close...

「Great small quiet hotel. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to help you (especially Daniel and Shawnette). Close to beach where Daniel sets up lounge chairs and umbrellas.」

「This hotel is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous - breathtaking views and an amazing infinity pool. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. We loved that breakfast was included and they were generous with portions. As far as service, I need to give Joan and Francesca a HUGE shoutout. They were so amazing, accommodating, solutions oriented and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. At the pool, both Ty and Jeff were so helpful and great. Outside of that, this hotel has a lot of work to do...

「There are friendly & kindly front desk staffs, bar. Also there are nice pool and spa. Breakfast is ok. There is Super market near the hotel. Also it has some restaurants around the hotel. House keeping is always on time. Its good. 」
