「Amazing location and very helpful staff」

「D'Villa, one of the two properties owned by the owner of this place, is a welcoming and pleasant mansion. Guests occupy the upper part of the house, on the first floor. The rooms equipped with private bathroom surround a communal area tastefully decorated where one can have a breakfast or get involved in conversations with other travelers. Tea is free ! And put at disposal of any room occupant. That is, one can simply help oneself and prepare a cup of tea. Very thoughtful! The primary intention...

「バスターミナルからスーツケースを転がしながら１０分掛からない程度の距離。ジャフナ駅からもバスターミナル程は近くは無いが、歩ける距離。トゥクトゥクに乗った方が無難だけど。 部屋は冷蔵庫が無いのは残念だけど、へｙ｀の清掃も行き届いているし、寝るだけなら何の問題も無い。」

「Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. So diagusting and rude was that. We flew from Far far away ie Toronto and this is so horrible and shocking .first time we ever had to face such a situation at last minute. Who will take responsible..who will straighten up this.. is exledia do something about it.. i dont want anybody go through this in their vacation...
