"We arrived early after our overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags until our room was ready. When we returned, our bags had already been moved to our very spacious room. There were complimentary water bottles, toothbrushes and toothpaste along with the usual shampoo soap etc. After about an hour, they called to see if we needed anything.We’ve been very happy with the accommodations."

"The accommodation was exceptional on all levels. The staff were beyond helpful, upgrading our room, helping with directions and making us feel comfortable and welcomed. There were plenty of eateries to select from and the MJ musical was excellent. it was extremely convenient to stay so close to the theatre. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the city."

"The Bar at the hotel has the worst service I have ever seen at any hotel I have stayed at. We have experienced this on more than one occasion at this hotel. We have complained before but the situation has not improve. Employ more staff. "
