「Excelente lugar donde hospedarse, cerca de todos los atractivos de la ciudad. El hotel muy lindo, limpio y el personal muy amable y servicial. 」

「We stayed in a suite. It was really spacious, and pretty comfortable. The pool is nice. It's a bit shallow, but that didn't bother me. I didn't have time to use any of the spa services unfortunately. Parque Central is right outside. It was really loud at night, and also early in the morning, but that's not the hotel's fault」

「Wonderfully restored colonial building, exactly what we were hoping for. Custom breakfast. A little bit of a walk to the center, but absolutely safe and in itself interesting. Definitely recommend Granada and this hotel!」

「This beautiful hotel is convenient to everything you might need in Granada yet just far enough away from the noise of the main central park and Calzada. Onsite is one of the best restaurants in town, plus your included breakfast options are vast and always delicious. The staff puts care and thought into each room and in the overall hotel itself, and everyone working there is friendly, helpful and always has a pleasant greeting when you see them. 」

「We had a nice stay overall. The staff was friendly, and the food was good. There wasn't any hot water, but that was only an issue with showering. But not having hot water was pretty common throughout Nicaragua.」
