「スタッフの方は感じがよく親切でした。ホテルの裏側の出口がトラムの乗り場になってるので、とても便利でした。 ただ、キッチンが水漏れをしており、伝えたのですが何の対処もありませんでした。確認にも来てなかったようです。仕方なく、お鍋で水を受けてしのぎました。」

「エレベータの待ち時間が長い ベッドの近くに部屋の電気のスイッチがない。 近くに食事の施設が少ない。」

「Very nice little hotel in a remodeled old house. It was a little hard finding it ( end of a one way street with a very small sign on the front door). Parking was also not easy, but lucked out with a spot right in front of the place. Getting in the place with the phone was different, but not a problem. The inside of the place is really nicely updated with modern decoration, nice bed, very nice bath, etc. short walk to the main plaza, restaurants, shopping and cathedral. Breakfast was very good...

Das Check—in via App funktionierte problemlos, das Gepäck kann schon vor dem Check-in in einem abschliessbaren Fach gelagert werden. Das Frühstück war überraschend ausreichend und gut, dafür dass es im Preis inbegriffen ist. Zimmer sind sauber und modern」
