「What a beautiful, spacious “studio” within a beautiful 19th century house! Lived the hardwood floors with tasteful rugs, efficient kitchenette and comfortable furnishings. Nice yard outside with a wonderful city park across the street and close to restaurants and shopping」

「I was in town a couple nights with my pup, this place worked out great for us. There was no soap/shampoo in the bathroom/shower....i had to run out and get some. Also, i had to pick up new batteries for the remote. No biggie, but figured i'd let you know. overall, it was nice and clean and quiet........i'd stay here again」

「The wilderness retreat is fantastic!! comfy beds, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and cozy living area. The place was very clean too. We came in to visit family and we were able to accommodate family dinners. The staff are so kind and eager to help in any way. Absolutely loved my stay and will be returning!!」

「We were in town for Thanksgiving and the property and host were great! The house is spacious and so clean. The heat had an issue and so I contacted the host, she got back to me immediately and fixed the heat within the hour. We will definitely stay again when we visit family! 」

「Delightful, relaxing, awesome scenery. Lots of nature trails to walk. Great small town with lots of helpful and friendly people. Mexican restaurant in Marceline has delicious food. 」

「The host were very nice people and quick to response to emails on just a couple questions I had, The place is a beautiful log home talked away about a half a mile back in the woods. It is completely beautiful trails wildlife. We loved it and plan on visiting again.」

「The house over all is good. We had a few draining issues in the bathroom and kitchen that the host seemed attentive to and hopefully fixes. The kitchenware is less than to be desired so if you plan to prep and cook much I would consider bringing your own. 」
