「The studio has many facilities which I felt would benefit couples/families more. The check in process was rather complex. I was expecting a text message regarding the deposit but it came through in the app and I wasn’t notified through email like the initial message. This has caused some hiccups on the check in process. After checking out, the deposit was not returned until I chased for it.」

A slept in bed, dirty sheets, one towel, a vile shared bathroom, questionable communal areas, people loitering in hallways repeatedly trying bedroom doors, poor lighting, dirty and stained carpets and the area around the property is badly lit and seems generally unsafe. 「The accommodation was clean, parts of the floor need attention, bathroom was clean with 1 towel and loo roll. Initial communication was fine but the tv nor internet wasn’t working so any coms re these issues absolutely not response, event tried calling but no answer. I know the area very well but as this is essentially an extension to a residential property it doesn’t look like a hotel.
