「EXCELLENT SERVICE.」

「Decent accommodations, but dated. Limited food options, but adequate. Nice beach front with private island, but limited activities. Lovely experience overall, but definitely several notches below the top tier all inclusive options out there. Perfect if you’re not picky, but might be frustrating to those that are. 」

「Staff and services was excellent. Edward and his bell staff great. Petagaye at the front desk. Brittany the restaurant manager and her team fabulous. The ground staff always so friendly and welcoming. 」

「Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted. 」

「I've been to this resort during the pandemic (2022) so i wanted my husband to experience this for his birthday as well. We ended up becoming a diamond member. Food/drinks was great, wish we could have stayed longer. Shout out to kedesha,Jaheem,Tasha, Brian our butler for a short time and another young lady Shanae i think lol. But a few concerns, our toilet seat was broken, while taking a shower water got all over the floor. But overall i will def recommend this resort. 」

「Service in the bar areas were slow! Sometimes they were kinda grumpy! You stood there a bit before they would ask what you wanted! I know there are sometimes and certain people might not be the kindest to them, but the average person sees this as rude!!!」
