「My booked house was taken, and instead of it they give to us an ugly apartment looks like warehouse, for price comparable with Sheraton in Bishkek. We urgently looked up for new hotel, in unknown city at night. It was terrible but then we find another hotel and moved out. Owners said that money for booking we payd with Expedia still on hold and they cannot refund and I must call to Expedia. Expedia open ticket and for two days there was no news, but then they said than they cannot refund my...

「Room/cottage is very nice, but walls are thin and if you have noisy youth in the next door cottage don't be surprised if you are kept awake until 3AM... Also probably the hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Basics like coffee are not provided, but are available for pay in the resort shop on the rare occasions it is open. (There is a kiosk just outside the resort gate which is a better bet.) Positives - good food and service in the restaurants and coffee shop, and the spa centre offers...
