「Despite having a pub downstairs, the rooms were quiet. The restaurant had good options too. The staff are friendly too. Will stay again. 」

「Anglesey島の端っこ。あちこち見て回ることを考えるとBangorで泊まるのがベストだったけど、ホテルの目の前にバス停があるし、そんなに不便とは思わなかった。 すぐとなりに海やボーマリス城があって、ロケーションがすごい。天気が良ければ海の向こうにスノードニアの山並みが見えるらしい。 この値段にしてはかなり豪華な内装。ベッドも沈み込むようないいベッドで快眠。スタッフも気さく。湖水地方行った時に一泊£75ぐらいのホテルに泊まったけど、こっちの方が全然良かった。 若干客室清掃に甘さを感じたけど。」

「Friendly, helpful, excellent staff caring and attentive. Hotel full of character and so welcoming. The room was large,clean and 4 poster bed very comfy. Breakfast was was fantastic,so tasty and filling. Great choice of evening meals, wholesome home cooked food. An enjoyable 2 night stay, thank you Gary and Veronica.」

「A lovely friendly hotel. Very well kept. A nicely decorated room with lovely furniture. Great power shower! The only downside for me was the mattress, it just needs replacing. When you don’t sleep well it’s a shame. The breakfast was lovely, there was a large selection to choose from. A lovely stay!」

「Very clean property. Stunning location. Stayed 4 nights. Very impersonal. No communication from owners/operators. No breakfast provided as advertised in Expedia web site. Just orange juice (out of date) and milk in fridge. Had a little difficulty locating property. Rang mobile number in conformation email for assistance but got no reply. Had to locate key in key safe to let myself in. Garden Room very small. Would not stay there again」

「DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE IT IS CLOSED. After a 20 mile day on a walking trip we turned up to find the place closed. On contacting hotels.com they spent 45 minutes trying to find us alternative accomodation and having failed they hung up and never called us back. Left stranded and getting dark we could only find a place 40 miles away available and had to sort transport to and from ourselves which left us £200 out of pocket let alone a massive inconvenience. Hotels.com have still not called us...
