「I was initially going to cancel because there was a flood warning for the Ohio River that blew up in the days leading to my visit. I called Harrah's three times in the days leading up to the visit and they confirmed they were open and no concerns. Upon arrival, I was told they were closing the property at 5pm the next day so we needed to leave promptly with no extensions. The casino itself does not open until 8am on Sundays and is generally very small.」

「Room was nice and comfortable. Convenient to downtown St. Louis, but nothing within walking distance, other than the casino and it's restaurants. Affordable choice for near downtown St. Louis.」

「The hotel is NOT attached to the casino. That was the entire reason I stayed here. Whoops. You have to walk the entire length of the parking lot to travese between the casino and hotel. Not exactly safe feeling with a pocket full of cash. Bad weather made it even worse. No shuttle. No valet at either location. The only covered parking is at the casino, not the hotel. The hotel is very dated and kinda grimey feeling. There were pubic hairs in one of the beds. I won't be returning. 」

「We actually really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly. Room was good and cleaned bed and jetted tub was amazing. I proposed to my boyfriend the last night room looked amazing that night. 」

「The dining options were very limited within the hotel and there didn't seem to be any other walkable restaurants. 」

「シカゴの雪の為に国内線がキャンセルとなり、シカゴで一泊することに。シカゴオヘア空港からシャトルバス送迎があったので選びました。（最初に予約したホテルは無料シャトルバスがあると記載されていたが空港まではしてくれないとのことでキャンセル。意外に空港まで送迎のホテルは少なかった。）」
