「The property was really nice, attached to the casino as you might expect but it wasn’t busy and didn’t impact on the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed with one flaw. There was no closet or place to hang clothes. 」

「The carpet, the bedding and the furniture was stained and damaged. The reception staff were friendly, kind and welcoming, a credit to the hotel.」

「The hotel is NOT attached to the casino. That was the entire reason I stayed here. Whoops. You have to walk the entire length of the parking lot to travese between the casino and hotel. Not exactly safe feeling with a pocket full of cash. Bad weather made it even worse. No shuttle. No valet at either location. The only covered parking is at the casino, not the hotel. The hotel is very dated and kinda grimey feeling. There were pubic hairs in one of the beds. I won't be returning. 」

「We actually really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was friendly. Room was good and cleaned bed and jetted tub was amazing. I proposed to my boyfriend the last night room looked amazing that night. 」

「A close walk to Rialto Theater and nice casino」

「シカゴの雪の為に国内線がキャンセルとなり、シカゴで一泊することに。シカゴオヘア空港からシャトルバス送迎があったので選びました。（最初に予約したホテルは無料シャトルバスがあると記載されていたが空港まではしてくれないとのことでキャンセル。意外に空港まで送迎のホテルは少なかった。）」
