「It is a pretty average hotel and in many ways way below average. The location is good and the views are breathtaking but the hotel itself is poorly maintained and the staff seem to just go through motions. 」

「Gorgeous resort in front of beautiful tea plantations with excellent amenities like pool, gym and rec room. The daily morning walk in tea gardens and trip to see wild elephants organized by the resort are highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay a lot!」

「Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.」

「It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. 」

「Beautiful clean stay up in the hills. The staff were so attentive and kind and we had a very restful visit. They organised our transportation there and away and even planned sightseeing for us. We travelled for 3.5 weeks and this stay was an absolute highlight. Such a beautiful hidden gem 」
