「Great experience, wonderful staff」

「Really nice property, recently renovated. A little removed from the main town but that's part of the charm honestly. Staff is phenomenal though, from guest relations to restaurant that were all friendly, amazing and professional」

「Gorgeous resort in front of beautiful tea plantations with excellent amenities like pool, gym and rec room. The daily morning walk in tea gardens and trip to see wild elephants organized by the resort are highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay a lot!」

「Hotel itself is up a very steep hill and a bit far from Munnar, only suitable if you have a driver. The staff are what make this hotel and the views. The hotel itself is quite noisy as the rooms are around an atrium and not we’ll sound proof. We were unfortunate to stay when a large Indian family were also visiting and they were extremely noisy going between rooms and shouting in the corridor/atrium. The staff moved our room and helped as best they could.」

「All staff members were attentive to guests’ needs and were available easily. The restaurant has a great breakfast buffet. The location is excellent if one likes being surrounded by dense greenery and forests. In room: Electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures had issues in both rooms we had booked. WiFi was not functional and we had to get credentials from lobby. Overall WiFi was spotty. 」
