「Perched halfway up a mountain the hotel has amazing views over the tea plantations, forested hills and mountains reaching into the horizon. The lobby has a wow factor huge panoramic viewing balcony for the must have arrival photos. Check-in was fast and efficient and the staff oferred a variety of things to do including complimentary high tea, tea tasting, cookery class and a morning walk along the mountain. 「The reception when we first arrived was a bit frosty. The restaurant breakfast service was extremely poor. Our Valley view room had a toilet roll holder you find in some office buildings where roll is locked and tissue is pulled though a small gap. Two days in a row, the tissue was trapped and could not be pulled out. Each time this happens you hsve to call reception to get it sorted. I am sure I am not the only one to experience this so why not resolve it? One day we came back yo the room...
