"Close to the JR station. The 7/11 convenience store is connected to the hotel. The amenities are great and the bathroom was roomy. There are 2 pillows and the bed is perfectly firm /soft. There is a hot bath on the 2nd floor which was super nice. I will definitely, stay there again. "

Showed us where the emergency exits were as well and made themselves very accessible if we needed anything. Location was perfect and you could even access the subway from the basement level or shop without even going outside. Beds and pillows were comfortable. "I like this hotel. It’s very walkable to all attractions in the city. There is a bakery just right next door. I suggest the hotel to increase the washing machine count because there are only two washing machines, and one was out of service during my stay. "

"If you’re new to Sapporo then staying in this hotel is really convenient. Subway, Tram and bus stops are just 2-3 minutes walk. Famous Ramen alley is just across. Room cleaning is only done 4days once so that was inconvenient. Breakfast was tasty. "

"Huge resort, very spacious and really excellent buffet spread. The onsen is great, easy parking, and it's close to the highway hence easy to get anywhere. Getting out to the nice restaurants requires only a short drive downtown. The rooms ans facilities are a bit old and dated but it is good value."
