「3度目の利用です。リフトがないのでいつも2階の部屋でスーツケースを持って階段を上るのに苦労していました。今回はフロントの女性がスーツケースが多いのを見て1階の部屋に変えてくれました。感謝でいっぱいです。」

「This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it never disappoints. I attended an event this time and everything was perfect. From the atmosphere to the food all amazing. Staff were lovely, shout out the Rebekah who organised the event, she was amazing. The hotel room is spacious and has everything you need. The bed is so comfortable and makes it hard to leave. Will definitely stay again. 」

「Meets my needs. Lovely view as always (requested a lake view). Safe and secure. Breakfast limited but lovely croissants. Only downside which doesn’t bother me, hotel is dated but this adds charm. Shame windows have internal condensation. Will definitely be back.」
