「Didn't like that when i booked this property in October it was open to everyone. In November it was changed to signature and you had to pay more to use the other pools and beach. Didn't feel the upgrade worth the money so i didnt do it. Other than that the place was an excellent resort. Also figured i already paid for all when i booked it at a full price and it was changed after the fact so i should have paid less being i got less.」

「The staff, the beach, the hotel were fabulous. But they advertise as having 9 restaurants yet only 2 are open a day. The food on-site is bad at all restaurants / buffet except Italian (special thanks to Beverley Stewart and her team for nice service) 」
