「Very satisfied with Riu Tropical Bay Resort!! Clean suites, helpful & friendly staff, delicious food, convenience all the way! My family will book here again as was a fantastic vacation! 」

「Very friendly staff, they are always available when you need them. Nice quiet, laid back atmosphere. 」

「There were a couple areas of the resort (main pool deck and some of the swim up pool bridges) that had some deferred maintenance, but then we found out they are supposed to be getting a major remodel in those areas. It definitely did not affect our use or enjoyment of the property! Our group of 6 enjoyed all the restaurants and amenities. Beach was great, as was the swim up bar. We walked all the way to 7 mile beach- beautiful! 」

「Overall a good review - some dated features/rooms; staff very friendly & helpful; food very good with a variety of a la carte places; little more variety in buffets would be nice, but were quite acceptable as is. Would definitely recommend to friends.」
