「お茶の旅の最終地点として滞在を選びました。古き良き時代のイギリスを感じさせるエレベーターと部屋の設えでした。ハーフボードの食事プランで朝夕ともにビュッフェスタイル。 施設内にある製茶所のツアーが良かった。 朝霧の茶畑から朝陽が登るのを部屋から見る事が出来、良かった。」

「The views were amazing, room was big and clean, there is a steep walk to the hotel but staff helped with bags, the breakfast was average, overall a nice place to stay with friendly staff and views were unreal」

「Really enjoyed our stay at Ella Retreat. The glamping tent was ideal for us, spacious and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the waterfall was amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, organising our (very tasty) meals, tuktuks and laundry. 」

「The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand not the best, quite dark and the shower had quite a bit of black mould stains and needed a deep clean. Steep walk to get down to Ella and back to the hotel again. Would most likely return for the views from the room」

「I really liked how peaceful this place was with a great view. The English breakfast was not great, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. And the Jacuzzi is nice to have, but it’s not hot. The room was great that I had with a view of Ella rock. But the bathroom doors were kinda like closet doors and made a big noise when you went in and out the people were very nice and helpful and kind. The location was a bonus cause you could just walk down the hill and you’d be right in the middle of...

「Beautiful cottage feel in Nuverliya. Our family was so happy we decided to stay there. Staffs were excellent. There have library room with activity room for the teen to kids. 」

Niveau anglais tres difficile, on a le sentiment qu'ils ont peu l'habitude avec les occidentaux Apres nous avoir laissé filer, plusieurs témoignages nous attestent que les conditions de travail des salaries ne sont pas optimales.quel dommage, tout etait bien sinon, mais ca gache vraiment tout」
