"The staff was very nice but the dinner wasn’t so great. On the other hand, very good breakfast. I would suggest to have extra blanket in the room. It gets cold at night. Also, the hot water should be regulated. It’s way too warm if you don’t pay atttention. It could harm a child when showering. "

"Nice hotel in a great location next to a shopping mall so lots of choice for dining. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The suite was very nice. My only suggestion having stayed at lots of similar places is that there were a few simples things missing in the room that would have helped. No moisturising cream in the bathroom which is generally normal. There was no writing paper and pen/pencil in the room. Also there was a kitchen but no cloth or scourer to clean anything. "The property is decent, it was within an apartment complex. Aircon are cold and basic cooking equipment are provided. I found the check in and check out a bit cumbersome as it was dealt via another 3rd party not with the property itself. The connected mall is dead quiet but there are some eateries."

"It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. In addition, the large number of mosques nearby can shatter any ideas of a peaceful retreat, especially on Friday's when the speakers will be going all day. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.)...

This is the place!

"This place is impeccable!! I honestly didn’t leave the hotel much during my short stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff is so professional and kind, the buffet style breakfast was great, and the gym facilities were really nice to have. There’s a shopping center walking distance and restaurants on the way. I would definitely stay here again!!"
