「Excellent management and staff. Kind and Timely service. 」

「Great location. The top floor room had a surprisingly good view of the godavari river. Front desk staff was not welcoming and the check in process was slow. Restaurant food was good but expensive. 」

「Property is ok but facilities are less. Menu very few options. No re recreational facilities like rain dance, some music, barbeques etc. it is a remote place hence hotel should plan some events for guests. Persons getting up early morning doesn't have e facility for tea and coffee till 8 pm or else they have to drink powder tea via tea maker. 」

「Hotel is nice in general but not a high star hotel. Lobby a good bit the room was a bit congested with low level beds. Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. 」

「If you don’t want to watch the river from your hotel room in this town, don’t stay here. I won’t be staying here in future,」

「It was a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good. The staff were very helpful and responsive. Room was clean and well maintained. Bathroom appeared a bit old. 」

「The rooms are spacious and nicely equipped, the food is good, the staff are pleasant. These good things have stayed consistent over many stays at this hotel. This time, however, I had a locker (safe) that did not work, and I complained 3 separate times to a female employee at the desk, with no action resulting. Finally, my Indian friend talked to the desk staff about it in Telugu, and they sent someone up to fix it.」

「It was the worst hotel experience I ever had. Receptionist gave trouble asking for local ID and so many details claiming that he would have to report to the local police department because I have a foreign passport. Needed a room with two beds but as I couldn’t find such an option, I booked two rooms with single beds. When we went to the rooms one of them had two beds essentially wasting our money for one extra room. One of the rooms had an odor and it took hours for it to go or maybe I got...

「Too many mosquitoes, no standing shower, they can give only 1 card (probably untrained staff), no parking - only street parking. Would not stay at this hotel again 」

「No cleanliness . Bad Oder in corridors. Unfriendly staff. Basic amenities are to be requested. 」
