"As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay! However, I would like to suggest to management that they do not allow guests to place personal items or clothing to reserve spots on the beach. For such a nice hotel, there should be clearer policies regarding this issue. Guests from Colonial and Mirage are using sunbeds designated for Elegance, simply by leaving their slippers on the chairs. This is something that needs to be addressed."

"Fabulous place - considering how big it is, it was kept immaculate. The staff is so friendly and always willing to accommodate. The pools are amazing - so big to the point where you never feel crowded. For being an all inclusive I was not sure how the food would be - but the buffets are GOOD!! My kids had the best time. "We stayed at RIU resorts Palace Punta Cana for our anniversary. It was a great experience. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good despite all the negative reviews on that subject. Some concerns that did arise is the air conditioning not being able to be readjusted so the room would stay freezing unless we turned it completely off and just let the fan stay on high all night. Which would have been okay if it wasn’t so humid. Also, the bed was extremely firm so it hurt my back....
