"Bukoto heights I always stay here when I go for vacation in Uganda. However this time it was different. The room next to me the person had a dog which made it difficult for me to sit on the balcony, it was barking all the time i sat out. "Secure gated property. all facilities are as listed on the website and reasonably clean. My best area was a well resourced kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal. Noise free at most times of the day except the noise from the building works next door. I will stay again"

"Loved 24hr room service from restaurant, excellant/prompt laundry service, clean room/conditions, friendly staff, shopping/stores inside the facility, large stand-up shower accommodates 2 people. Very firm mattress if that's what you like. Daily housecleaning service. Overall it was quiet but there were multiple prayer services on a balcony outside, 1 floor down sometimes w a loudspeaker & microphone during day & esrly evening. "

"The Four Points by Sheraton in Kololo is spotlessly new, classy, and very well managed. The staff are friendly and very professional. The neighbourhood is one of the safest and most upscale in Kampala. However, unlike some of the other big high-end hotels in the city, they dont offer a buffet for dinner consistently."

"This is a lovely upscale property in the city centre of Kampala. It is within a short drive from the town's business centre and nicest international standard restaurants. The hotel itself is very nice, with top notch security, good food and nice rooms. We really enjoyed the Swimming Pool which is well above anything we expected, with its waterfall and greenery."
