"RIDICULOUS AND UNTRUSTWORTHY! During our stay, we were told that there was a cyclone going around the island, thus we were “advised” to leave the island and evacuate to Suva. The main reason why was also because the resort would not provide any mean of transportation the next day, which we had our flight back home, therefore, we had no choice but to leave the island. Right before we left the island, we did double check at the front dest for at least twice to make sure whether the unused part of our accommodation would be refunded, and the answer we got from the staff as well as the owner was a positive “yes”. However, the resort later on ate their own words and insisted that none of their staffs as well as the owner had promised to refund, and kept explaining that the weather was simply just out of their control. In result, the resort refused to refund even though they had promised before and started to ask us to get remedied by our own travel insurance as they had nothing to do with it. Not to mention that the accommodation at Suva was completely coved by ourselves. In this case, we were advised to leave the island with no any other choices provided by the resort and received absolutely no compensation from the resort. We fully trusted the resort and left without any concerns regarding the refund, however, this whole thing turned out to be true LIE. Again, unfortunately this matter has become way more than a disappointment but a full SWINDLE. "

"It's been almost 15 years since I last stayed. I always chose this hotel as it was very reasonable (more luxurious than the price) and comfortable one in those days. But in 2024... I found the hotel price became expensive in Suva, and now more than its quality. It is true that the reception floor is clean and water is hot enough in the room. However, there was the 5-10 cm space at the bottom of the entrance door, so the customer must be disturbed by the outside noise. (I was disturbed by the big voice even in 4am!! Crazy!) It might be usual in Suva, but I found THAT INSECT twice only at the first day. Maybe it might invade from the space as above or the drain of bathroom (please set something at the hall!). Now, they never prepare the toothbrush. Well.... I might not recommend to choose this hotel in this price in 2024..."
