「The property is located right above the outcropping that separates the 2 beaches at Yelapa, and the gate is in the main path in town. 「We loved this property but recognize the steep walk up and 55 steps down to our room might not be for everyone. It was just fine for us because the only noise was the sound of waves against the rocks below our room. Also, communication was excellent for us due to problems with Expedia but our hostess patient and helpful. The rooftop patio was lovely with great views of the harbour. The apartment was spacious with very comfortable furniture. 」

「We loved the patio. Perfect place to do yoga, watch birds and the sunrise hits the patio directly which is amazing in the morning. The bed was comfortable and the host(s) are very responsive. The house is up on the hill, but it only takes 5-10 minutes to walk into town. Yelapa has lots going on at night and can be loud, we found the location of this house to be located perfectly as it is close to town but far enough away that you're not surrounded by it. We would definitely stay again!」

「We went in the summer, super quiet and peaceful and safe. If you like something non commercial this is the place to go. Better if you like animals and speak a little Spanish. And most important bring cash money there are no ATM machines, Lagunita restaurant take credit cards. Very nice place😊」
