「Although the hotel offeted a shuttle to the airport and meals, it was all at an additional cost. it was better to book a more expensive hotel which includes those amenities in the tariff.」

「Staff, they are exceptional, very friendly & always checking on you to see if there’s anything you need. Big up to the front desk Samuel, he was always on top of all my needs, then the bar/kitchen & security staff, always friendly and very helpful …. I’d highly recommend this place & I definitely will stay there again.」

「Not much 4-5 stars hotel in Bujumbura, so this is the best option in the centre of town. Airport is located around 15 minutes drive from here and hotel was quiet and cozy because there is big gofl course just next to the hotel. Hotel is becoming old and I found aging degradation in some parts but still ok. WIFI is not strong enough at room and lobby. 」

「Property looks nice from outside but the inside is not properly cared for. The curtains are misplaced. They are dusty. The bathroom is not fixed. The showers are not fixed. The dinner was terrible. I was served half rotten chicken and i still paid for it. 」
