「It was very nice to be able to go outside with the screened in porch. View was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and it was a great time. Some did some fishing and only caught two bass.」

「My father and I chose to stay in Brookings during a recent ice-fishing trip. The house was perfect. It has a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a very responsive host. Close to SDSU, restaurants, and a grocery store. We enjoyed the historic home and relaxed atmosphere.」

「We had a great time at this lake house. The home had everything we needed. It was very clean and well kept. The rooms were spacious - especially the kitchen where my family tends to congregate. When we arrived we were welcomed with a thoughtful array of sourdough bread, various spreads, almonds and treats. 」

「Host was excellent to work with making everything easy, service was above and beyond expected with the complimentary food/drink items and speedy response. . Home was great for our kids multiple spaces for them to spread out. The sunroom was a favorite for everyone especially us moms during this fall season and view of the lake. Very clean and well cared for property. Excellent neighborhood, close to the public water access, great area for walks and I can only imagine how awesome the place is...

「Overall, our stay was wonderful. A beautiful cabin with amazing views. Property manager was so thoughtful to set up a cute little Christmas tree which brought a nice warmth and coziness to the environment. The only challenge I experienced was needing to do a very small amount of cleaning upon arrival (kitchen floor, coffee pot, & dog dishes).It is a very well kept property with great amenities and very dog friendly. Would love to visit again during the summer months. 」
