"I had a wonderful stay. I spent countless hours staring at the view. The pool was the perfect temperature for a refreshing dip. We loved the peace and quiet. The Tortolla roads and the driveway were challenging for us and took some getting used to, but it was all well worth it. Ben and Zeb were most helpful."

"Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "

"The house is stunning. You can tell how intentional the owners were in building not only the home but the grounds itself. Take time and walk around the courtyard and you will see the variety of tropical flora that surround you. Inside is a menagerie of antiques that add so much character to the home. The patio, infinity pool and lounge area which transitions into the living room oozes relaxation. Watching the sailboats float by across the sea from any of these areas, including the upstairs open...

"Victor's house is fantastic. The photos really cannot properly represent the space, and certainly not the views. The layout of the villa obviously contemplated a blending in with the terrain (rugged, for sure), with an eye on maximizing the stunning views that surround. Victor and Clifford are incredibly attentive, and the place really has everything you need if you are to set up a base for exploring Tortola and the surrounding islands. We hope to return, for sure!"

"We had a fantastic time during our 3-night stay at Sebastian's on the Beach. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They showed us where to leave our luggage, change clothes, and start enjoying our vacation right away—with a refreshing painkiller from the beachside restaurant, a swim, or simply relaxing in a beach chair. The on-site restaurant not only serves delicious food but also offers fun, lively entertainment. We joined in on bingo night and even sang at karaoke—it was a blast! Angelica at the front desk was especially helpful, arranging taxis for us and recommending great spots for shopping and dining around the island. Don’t miss the chance to grab a bottle of their signature Sebastian Rum—we did! Overall, we highly recommend staying at Sebastian's on the Beach if you're visiting Tortola. It’s a perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and warm island hospitality."
