「I asked at check-in what position the room was in, but they did not respond, as I could not sleep with the noise. Unfortunately, the room was noisy. There was also rubbish left in the wastebasket.」

「旧市街の真ん中にある、歴史的な建造物を改装した素敵なでした。 案内された153号室は通りに面した、2層分の天井高さがある部屋で、広さはないものの開放感に溢れた大変ゴージャスでした。 ガラスに入った水だけではなく、ジンとシェリーもサービスで置いてありました。 部屋はいたって清潔、手入れも行き届いており、好感が持てました。 地下にあるスパとプールも、サウナがあって快適でした。また泊まりたいと思います。」

「Unfortunately, I have a cold when I arrive Bristol so I spend to rest a room almost day. The single room is compact, but clean. I could rest in room enough.」

「Overall it was a good stay and the location is not too far from the city centre. An area I think could do with some improvement is the noise. The windows weren’t blocking much noise and the floors are quite squeaky. We were able to sleep well overall, but the noise can wake you up.」

「Parking was fast and easy, multi storey car park right next to the hotel free of charge for hotel residents. Hotel is very centrally located, everything within walking distance. Hotel was nice and clean. Breakfast was very good, plenty of selection both continental and full hot english breakfast.」

「One of the most stunning settings for a hotel - the most gorgeous view of Clifton Suspension Bridge, lovely selection of rooms, and excellent restaurant for breakfast and dinner, as well as a choice of two bars. The location is fabulous for Clifton Village, and walkable to other parts of Bristol. Staff did their best to help even though there seemed to be some staff shortages when I was staying. 「基本的には，静かで休息には最適であった．レストランもよい．雰囲気もよい．２〜３分の距離にsubwayやコンビニもあり便利．ただし，WiFiが実用的ではなかった．また，何故かTVのリモコンが無かった．最終日，仕事を終えて少しTVでもと思ったが，見つからず，受付に依頼したが就寝までに間に合わなかった．「ただし」以降がなければ完璧．空港の近くにもう一つHoliday Innがあるので注意！」

「Room is clean and enough space. stuff is very friendly and kind. breakfast manu is better than other large-scale hotel. I want to stay this hotel again if I have chance to come back to Bristol」
