「Truly, a lovely little gem nestled among some very high priced options. Staff were very friendly. There was a slight issue with our reservation on the booking agency side which they rectified immediately with no additional cost to us. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, with the most comfortable bed on our 21 day South African, Botswana and Zimbabwe trip. Huge bathrooms.」

「We arrived at the Rivernest Boutique Cottages, and were told that they had been overbooked (though we had booked online several months prior) and that we were to be moved. We were sent to a different hotel a few minutes drive away, and given a room. The hotel we were re-booked at was cheaper than Rivernest, and we did not receive a credit or a refund of any kind. We had heard good things about this place, but unfortunately got to experience none of them. Good luck!」

「They canceled our reservation literally at the last minute without any notification whatsoever; leaving us stranded at the Maun Airport. Then the manager refused to give us a refund. Both Expedia and I tried to rectify the situation for over an hour while still at the airport all to no avail. This feels like quite a scam! They took a reservation and almost $300 USD.
