"The Taj Bentota is a very big hotel right in the beach. The pool area is spectacular with plenty of space and sunbeds. The breakfast is excellent with something for everyone. We didn’t have supper in any of the restaurants but did have some very good pool bar snacks and drinks. There are lots of excellent seafood restaurants just outside the hotel entrance gates, across the railway track. Overall I would definitely recommend the Taj Bentota and ALL the staff but especially the Duty Manager...

"No POOL! На мой вопрос - а где же бассейн? Был дан идиотский ответ - вон там море, там и купайтесь! Море необорудованное, все очень запущенное, лежаков мало и они обычно поломанные, нормальный есть только один. За кондей требуется доп/оплата 3000 рупий. Холодильника в номере стандарт нет, но хоть разрешили пользоваться холодильником в столовой, но часто его отключали чтобы включить вентилятор. В целом персонал старается помочь, однако руководство недружелюбно. Больше чем на 1 ночь...

"We absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed in the Pool Suite which was very comfortable. All the staff were very polite and friendly and always had a smile on their face. It is a very relaxed hotel and you just feel at ease as soon as you arrive. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. We would love to come back here one day! Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Wonderful location next to the beach. Superb facilities and excellent staff. From the moment we arrived and throughout our stay we were looked after so well by the very helpful staff. Rooms were beautifully designed and cleanliness 10 out of 10. Food superb. Cannot thank all the staff enough for making our stay so special. Absolutely recommend Taru Villa Bentota. 🙏🙏"
