「アーリーチェックインの希望に柔軟に対応してくれた。 しかも、上層階のSuperior Roomに無料Up Gradeまでしてくれた。 更に、本来は12時チェックアウトのところ、Extra Chageなしで14時までのレイトチェックアウトをオファーしてくれた。 ホテルチェックアウト後、荷物を預かってもらい、Desert Tourに出かけた。ホテルに荷物を取りに行った際に、シャワーを使わしてもらえないかと頼んだところ、Gymフロアーのシャワーを無料で提供してくれた。しかもOpen時間の15分前だったのにも関わらず！ フロントのスタッフは、皆さんとても親切で、本当に気持ちよく快適な宿泊をすることができた。」

「Very nice hotel with great staff, walkable to everything. (When it's not in the dead heat of summer!) Our executive room was spacious with microwave, fridge, shower & separate tub. The hotel staff was very kind & gave us excellent service. We were upgraded to a floor that had an lounge with great views. 「We stumbled upon this ginormous hotel apartment in Doha, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The room was so clean, it could give Mr. Clean a run for his money! And talk about space, it was like having our dance floor! We spent three nights there and boy, were they epic! We've been around other hotel blocks, but Somerset takes the crown. Zero plates or cutlery zero milk or sugar to make simple cup of tea.
