This home was originally a 1908 farmhouse that has been transformed into a modern urban oasis! Some of the original doors and woodwork can be found upstairs! The entire main level has been renovated into a beautiful resort style home.

Special Gatherings Rule:
For guests wishing to host a small gathering at our property, the following conditions apply:
- Approval: Prior to any gathering, guests must obtain our explicit approval. To seek approval, please provide a detailed description of the gathering.
- Approved Gatherings Fee: If approved, there is an additional fee of $250 for hosting the gathering.
- Unapproved Gatherings Fee: Should we discover a gathering that has not been pre-approved, there will be a $500 charge.
- Number of People: Approved gatherings can have up to 20 people.
- Vehicle Limit: A maximum of 5 cars are allowed for guests attending the gathering.
- Daytime Hours: Gatherings are only permitted between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Respect for Neighbors: All guests must be respectful of our neighbors. This includes keeping noise to a reasonable level and ensuring there are no disruptions.
You will have access to the whole house and yard, minus any locked closets or sheds reserved for owner use.
We are in a residential neighborhood so quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM are required.
The home has central air and heat adjusted via thermostat monitored by Host.

This Property has security cameras located on the driveway, at the back door, front door, back yard, and pool. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringing upon the guests' expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the devices is prohibited and will result in the guest being evicted without a refund.
Important things to note:

- Maximum overnight guests allowed are 9.
- Maximum daytime guest limit is 20.
- Minimum age to book is 25. If you do book, your reservation might be
cancelled without a refund if age requirement not met.
- A call from the neighbors to the city will bring the police to your door.
- If you violate the rules and regulation, you may be evicted without refunds.
- No glassware by the pool area. Non fragile utensils are provided.
- No diving, no running around the pool side.
- Swim at your own risk.
- Remember to switch the gas on for the BBQ for use and switch off after.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. We kindly ask that during this time you
refrain from music outside and loud conversations. Our neighbors play a
crucial role keeping our area a place to visit, and we request that you
refrain from activities that would be disturbing for them.
- Guests MUST vacate by 11am of the last day of their stay without that
expressed prior written approval from the host to extend the stay.
- Overstay will be charged the full day and second $200 cleaning fee; as the
housekeeper has to reschedule to prepare for the next guest.
- Do not adjust pool temperature.
- No refunds are given if you are unable to use the pool or hot tub due to
weather.
- Spa temperature should not exceed 101 at any time.
- No smoking.
- No illegal drugs.
- No parties.
- No Bachelor or Bachelorette Parties. No exceptions!
- No firearms.
- Please keep the house clean and left as you found it.
- No food in bedrooms.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?
Check-in is after 4 PM local time, and check-out is 11 AM.
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?
Urban Oasis has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.
HOW IS THE WIFI?
The wifi is blazing fast! The internet speed is at-least 300/Mbps, can be used for gaming and streaming. Wifi reaches outdoors.
YOU HAVE CABLE OR STREAMING CHANNELS AVAILABLE?
Each TV is a Smart TV and each guest can log into their own streaming channel. Cable or local TV not provided, only available by logging into your personal streaming account.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL/SPA HEATED?
Yes, pool heating is availability is based on seasonality and host discretion. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temperature stays naturally around 80 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, staff, etc. so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
CAN I BRING MY PET?
Our house is pet friendly. We allow up to two pets for a fee of $100 per pet.
Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 charge and possible eviction without refunds.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
Outdoor music systems are disabled due to noise complaints and the city ordinance. We recommend bringing a Bluetooth speaker since you can arrange them where you like and they are easy to connect to! Please note that quiet time begins after 10PM.
DOES YOUR HOME HAVE A BBQ AND OUTDOOR FIRE PIT?
The house has a natural gas BBQ. The gas fire pit is not available for use.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee. Please let us know prior to check-in.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
Urban Oasis has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, crockpot and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls, and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew, measuring spoons, and more. The home has both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, as well as a spice rack, salt, and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels, and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap, and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry detergent.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM GUEST NUMBERS ALLOWED?
You can bring in 9 overnight guests total.
