First impression: Cute, quiet neighborhood. Upon stepping inside, we knew it was going to be a place we liked.
The space: Everything was very thoughtfully put together. Things were labeled and clear, the space was very clean and cozy. There was a fairly well appointed kitchen we used to make ourselves some home meals to save money on going out. There was even a blender. The bed was a little bit on the firmer side, which worked just fine for me. My partner prefers softer beds and was comfortable on the couch. We did not try the pullout.
The location: The light rail was a short walk (or even shorter Lyft) away, so getting to downtown Denver was a breeze. If you don’t like the light rail. It was about 20 minutes from Downtown Denver in one direction and Red Rocks in the other direction. If you’re looking to be ‘in the thick of it’ with everything being walkable then this may not be the spot for you, but that experience isn’t far away when desired. We personally preferred the quieter feel to the area. Rideshare was extremely easy and fast in the area, at reasonable prices.
The host: Very respectful and responsive - they had thought of pretty much everything ahead of time and for the one or two questions we had were very prompt and courteous in their responses.
We would absolutely stay here again for another visit to see shows at Red Rocks. :)
