「 I was in Daytona for the Spring Turkey rod run. I only used the room to sleep and shower. I was a very nice room, but the bed was way too soft for me, and the floor could have been cleaner. The heater/air conditioner was a bit too noisy But over all, it was still a very good experience and value. 」

「The Beachside was perfect for what I needed, a quick, one-night stop. The room was comfortable and clean, and I got a good night’s rest. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. However, like every property around it, The Beachside suffered significant storm damage. The deck and pool were damaged and off limits. The sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock. Once repairs are finished, I’d up this rating significantly. 」

「Even with the construction happening during our stay (which we knew about ahead of time), this turned out to be one of the best anniversary vacations we've had in a while. The hotel's location was perfect—everything we needed was within a 20-minute drive in any direction. Some mornings the breakfast could have been better, but hey, we still ate and made it work, lol.
