They gave me free upgrade to Pullman hotel. It was very generous and I was very happy only in this point. The problem is their dishonesty.
When I checked out, a front staff did not give me a receipt of accommodation fee, saying a card reader of a credit card was not working well. I need the receipt to get reimbursement of the accommodation fee from my company, but I agreed not to have it on site because the staff said that he would send the receipt to me by email. However, he has never send it to me until now. I sent an email to request the receipt, but they just ignored it. I am in trouble because of it. What an unreliable hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again!!
