「A perfect spot for a base to explore Denman, put your kayaks in the water and visit friends in Courtenay, all of which we did. This quirky cottage has a gorgeous view, with great spots for morning coffee and walks on the beach. Inside you have all the amenities you need, from blankets to games to a decent kitchen - only caution is that if you're a cook, best not to plan for an elaborate meal as counter space is minimal. This spot gave us just the weekend we were looking for!」

The apartment was beautifully decorated and everything was provided for our comfort - from cozy terry cloth robes, to high quality kitchen utensils and appliances, and a very comfortable bed. 「This is our third time at this cabin. It’s clean, beautiful, and well equipped. The sunrises are amazing. Great food at a rustic restaurant is a five minute walk. A wonderful, well maintained walking trail is ten minutes away. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We just love it. 」

「At first we were a little surprised, but it turned out to be what we needed. Quiet, clean, and the sheets smelled like old fashioned hang dried which was amazing.
