「This property is great for work or extended stay trips. 2 bedroom "apartment" with living area & kitchen. Property manager, Jack, is the best - I wish each property I stayed at had someone as efficient & responsive as Jack. Property is about 15 minute drive from the "tourist" stuff - neighborhood property - not a "tourist scenic view type" property. 「Upon booking, I was informed that the unit was not available. However, the property was able to accommodate us with another place in Tamuning. Although check was a bit difficult, the manager assisted us quickly. The unit was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again!」

「When we arrived it seemed a bit sketchy, but this condo served its purpose and was not too far from the Naval base. Bed rooms were super comfortable and clean. This place has so much more potential if a little more updates could be made. The roosters were loud. I had to borrow a fan from my son for white noise and drown out that rooster. 「Hello, the property needs renovation! I personally think these apartments shouldn’t be rented until they are all fixed properly! We didn’t stay there the whole 13 days we reserved it for because the apartment wasn’t nice at all! We stayed there for 5 days and then stayed at Leo palace resort for 8 days, and rented 2 rooms there! We didn’t get a refund from casa de Pedro for the 8 days we didn’t stay there!
