Rental agreement needs to be e-signed before check in & ID submitted for security. Info will not be shared. Please note that the lead Guest must sign the rental agreement and the ID supplied must contain the same name and address as the credit card provided for the booking. If the lead guest is not paying for the booking, the person who is paying must sign the rental agreement and provide a copy of their ID, and their name and address should match the name on the credit card. If this is not the case, the booking will be cancelled by the host.

There are 2 pools on the property the one on the northern end of the property is open.

Great location near all attractions. 1.3 miles to Main Street bridge and 1.5 to the boardwalk. Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Very spacious. 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom.
Please note due to hurricane damage only one pool is open. There is direct access to the beach via stairs.
No pets
Please note there is a potential for noise.

Storm update! The sea wall sustained damage so only one pool is operational. The beach access and stairs were destroyed. There is access via lots north and south of building. Please check self check in instructions on how to access beach and pool.
Accessibility: There are limited accessible features available for disabled guests at the present time.
Parking pass for 1 vehicle.
No pets … 250 fee will be charged if pets are found on site.

Big bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Living room has sleeper sofa and sleeper chair as well as a full bathroom.

No pets, there will be a 250 cleaning fee if there is evidence of a pet.
