It took 15 minutes for someone to finally open the door for me, and throughout this ordeal, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience from the front desk staff. As a seasoned traveler who frequently stays at various hotels, I must say that this experience did not meet the level of service I would expect from a 4-star hotel.
Furthermore, on March 28 around 6:20am, I discovered a cockroach crawling on the wall in my room. This raises concerns about the sanitary conditions of the room, especially considering the reputation of your hotel as a 4-star establishment. When I reported this to the front desk staff, I was surprised by the lack of empathy or proactive response. The staff simply took a picture and did not offer any apology or assurance that the issue would be addressed.
