The bright and spacious kitchen/dining area has a contemporary feel and joins into a comfortable living space with wood burner and 52” Plasma TV with Sky Sports and Movie packages. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave.
One of the two ground-floor bedrooms can be set up as a twin bedroom or zip-and-linked to make a super king-size bed and the other is a single room, but has a single fold away bed to convert into a twin. They share a shower room with walk-in shower. The upstairs twin has its own en-suite toilet and wash basin.
Create special family memories in the sizeable private garden with stream running through. Relax and enjoy the spectacular views over the surrounding hills and glen with friends or family on the new decking area with seating, table and six-person hot-tub.
Skiers and snowboarders will benefit from the proximity to the popular Glenshee Snowsports Centre, just ten miles away.
Walkers will love the Cateran Trail, with the second of the five stages of the 64-mile Trail passing through the estate. This stage takes you along a beautiful moorland route to the Trail's highest point between Strathardle and Glenshee, offering spectacular views of glens and rugged peaks.
The Estate also offers an ideal base for exploring the Cairngorms National Park. With a choice of 55 Munros (four of which are the highest mountains in the UK) for beginner and experienced hill walker to conquer. Kayakers and Canoeists will enjoy exploring the challenging network of rivers (instructor led beginner sessions can be arranged).
If you prefer to enjoy the wild highland scenery from the comfort of your car, you’ll love the breath taking 90-mile Snowroads stretch. The route, starting in the nearby market town of Blairgowrie, takes you past the Dalnaglar Estate and up through the East Cairngorms to the Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey.
