気になった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
I ordered in-room dining twice. the first time it came 5 hours after ordering it and they woke us up at 3 am after it was ordered at 10pm. The second time we ordered it took 2 hours. the hotel was understaffed across the board. I also left some birth announcements and said they would mail them to me as long as I provided a prepaid label which was going to cost $211.00 via ups.
I called them back and they offered no resolution to the problem, said it was policy. so I informed them it would be my policy to not stay there anymore! They are about to start a major renovation that will create more chaos than there already is! there's plenty of other nicer hotel in the area. This is my last time!!!!!
