「Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great! 」

「The apartment is nice and well appointed. It is walking distance to restaurants on lower Greenville and centrally located for all of the sites of Dallas. Previous renters have mentioned that the apartment is built over a carport resulting in two oddities. 1) The assigned parking is under the unit and a getting a big SUV navigated into the spot might be a challenge. 2) The unit is basically on stilts and as a previous reviewer mentioned, you can feel the unit move. 「We never got the check in information. Had to get a ahold of Vrbo to get a refund. The owners wouldn’t answer us or Vrbo when trying to contact them. 」

「The duplex was super clean. It looked like it was staged to be ready to be sold. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an eating area and a couch that fold out into a bed. Just one thing, the water faucet in the sink is just barely a stream and it is very cold. The shower is that way too. Other than that, perfect! Also very close to the Cowboy stadium and Arlington ball park. Highly recommend! We will be back next year. 」
