「Lovely quiet position, clean and comfortable accommodation. Christmas decorations were put up for us and lots of welcome goodies. A disappointment only came as we arrived at 13:00 as we had been advised we were welcome after 12:00 as a special arrangement but unfortunately the house keeper was unaware of this . 「This property was an absolute dream. Fantastic views of Loch Ness, walking distance to Urquhart Castle, spacious, quiet, peaceful and clean. It was a bit difficult to find for the first time in the dark as it gets quite dark in Scotland, but that was more due to my unfamiliarity with the area than the instructions that were given. 「We missed the turning as postcode didnt take us to the Bothie direct, but as soon as we saw the Laggan Lock sign right by the bus stop we never missed it. 「Loved the cottage Red Deer. We have stayed in the one bedroom before Brochure. Settee was a bit uncomfortable. No hairdryer although listed as having one, so had to go and buy a travel hairdryer.
