"The security measures were very comforting. The staff was excellent! William did a great job with our car and luggage. I think the young lady who checked us in was name Diamond. She was very friendly and pleasant. They did run out of bottled water and also the water dispenser in the lobby ran empty on Thursday. That was a little inconvenient, but the clerk gave me a cold carton of “boxed” water instead. "

"One of the best hotels I have stayed at! We had an early flight, and even though our room wasn't ready, the staff kindly held our bags while we went out to explore DC. The shuttle makes it very convenient to access the metro, which is all you really need! If you're planning to use the metro, definitely take the shuttle bus to DCA and then hop on the metro from there. The hotel room itself was very nice, clean, and a perfect fit for three people. On our second day, we didn’t expect room service to come in due to our short stay, but they still tidied up the room for us while we were out, providing fresh towels and other necessities. The Bistro was another great feature! After long days, we didn’t feel like going back into DC to find a nice restaurant, so we decided to eat there both nights. Honestly, The Bistro was just perfect. The food was excellent. If I ever return to DC, I will definitely be staying here again!"
